Who we are

BrickNotify is an independent UK service that tracks LEGO® prices at UK shops and posts deal alerts to a Discord server. This site, bricknotify.com, is a static page with no accounts and no cookies of its own.

What we collect

• On this website: nothing. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and performance.
• When you subscribe: payment is handled by Whop. Whop collects your name, email and payment details under its own privacy policy. We only see your Whop username, your Discord username and whether your membership is active.
• On Discord: your Discord username, the sets you ask the bot to watch, and support tickets you open. Discord's privacy policy applies to the platform itself.

How we use it

To give you access to the member channels, send you the alerts you asked for, answer support tickets, and remove access when a membership ends. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Watch lists and ticket channels are deleted when you leave the server or ask us to. Membership records live in Whop for as long as Whop keeps them.

Your rights

You can ask to see or delete anything we hold about you by opening a ticket in #support on the Discord or messaging us through Whop. Under UK GDPR you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Links to shops

Alerts link to retailers' own websites, which have their own privacy policies. We do not currently use affiliate links; if that changes it will be stated on the server.
